Accommodation at Villa Bayuh Sabbha Bali
Villa Bayuh Sabbha Bali seamlessly incorporates 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms into two separate pavilions. Each bedroom includes Wi-Fi internet access (available throughout the villa), safety deposit boxes for your special valuables, and en-suite bathrooms.
The master suite sits on the floor above two guest suites and is covered in rich teakwood flooring. It is furnished with a 4-post king-size bed draped with white netting, a cushioned sofa and writing desk. Large sliding glass doors allow abundant natural sunlight to come streaming in and open onto the expansive balcony that looks out towards the gardens and sea. This room also has a large dressing room complete with its own vanity.
The master bedroom’s en-suite bathroom is enormous and consists of large windows, dual washbasins atop a refined wooden counter with a decorated vanity mirror, and a bathtub within a raised timber platform.
Downstairs, there are two guest suites, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds. Both of these rooms are furnished with desks and nightstands and a huge stone terrace is just outside beyond the wood-framed sliding glass doors. The en-suite bathrooms of these bedrooms feature bathtubs, washbasins above wooden vanities, and indoor and outdoor rain showers for a unique bathing experience under sun or stars amongst the flora of the gardens.
There is also a separate guesthouse that includes 2 more bedrooms. The guesthouse is reached via a limestone path through the villa gardens and has its own living room and pool. Attached to the living room is a small bathroom and kitchen which includes an oven, coffee-maker, and refrigerator.
The bedrooms themselves both have king-size beds, their own dressing areas and en-suite bathrooms. There are indoor bathrooms accessible from the dressing area and outdoor bathrooms as well that include a bathtub and outdoor shower. The outdoor bathrooms are beautifully rustic, covered in stones and populated by tropical plants.
Dining at Villa Bayuh Sabbha Bali is exquisite. The dining pavilion houses a table that can comfortably accommodate 12 guests and affords wonderful views of the ocean. Enjoying a spectacular meal prepared by the villa’s private chef at sunset is an experience to savour.
The chef has been highly-trained in the preparation of a variety of cuisines and the villa itself boasts a menu with Western, Asian and even Japanese options. If you do have a special dietary request, simply inform the chef and he will make the proper arrangements. However, we ask that you give as much advance notice as possible so that he may accomplish the necessary shopping for the best ingredients.
Behind the dining pavilion is the fully-equipped kitchen that includes all of the tools necessary for the chef to whip up his succulent creations. A refrigerator, oven and stove are here along with plenty of workspace, so if cooking is one of your hobbies, feel free to indulge your passion during your stay.
Beside the dining pavilion is the living pavilion, characterised by a soaring alang-alang thatched roof cool, pearl-white floors of Palimanan stone, and plenty of soft, cushioned sofas to stretch out on adorned with colourful throw pillows. The sofas surround beautiful sandy-coloured wooden tables, making this an excellent spot for coffee, tea or cocktails and conversation. With the view looking out toward the main pool and ocean, the sunsets are not to be missed.
Villa Bayuh Sabbha Bali also includes a fully equipped and air-conditioned gym with free weights and a treadmill. With a dedicated stereo system and mirrored walls, you can really get the most out of your workout.
Beside the gym is a playground for children with a sandbox and swings so that while you’re keeping in shape, it’s easy to keep an eye on the kids.
After a good workout you may wish to relax with a good film or just some TV, and the villa’s media room is the perfect place to do that. With a large LCD TV and DVD player and furnished with big, soft couches and with walls lined with books, it’s a great place to indulge in a good story. This room can also be converted into an extra bedroom for children, with two twin beds, should it be necessary.
Above the media room is a study, complete with a large, antique desk and its own internet connection. With glorious views of the ocean from this location, it’s a serene place to catch up on any work or communications from back home.
Villa Bayuh Sabbha Bali is complete with two swimming pools, one 18 meters long and one 14 meters long. The main swimming pool is bordered by a stone relaxation area furnished with cushioned sun loungers and umbrellas. Stairs of white stone descend from here into the pool’s crystal blue waters. The second pool is beside the guest pavilion and is bordered by gardens and a stone walkway furnished with sun loungers as well.
The villa also includes a private tennis court perfect for a pick-up game with friends. The court is floodlit, so it’s easy to play any time of day or night.
At the edge of the cliff overlooking the ocean is a fantastically romantic Balinese wantilan, complete with soft cushions, a small table, Bose speakers and cooled by a ceiling fan and tropical sea breezes.
A small sunset bale lies at the outer rim of the property and looks out toward the temple at Uluwatu. In keeping with the villa’s style, this elegant private space features an alang-alang thatched roof and stone floor.
