The spacious dining area, with its teakwood table for 12, is cooled by ceiling fans and offers a view of the chef at work through a wide service bar complete with bar chairs. Villa Asante’s TV room serves multiple purposes: a quiet retreat, a kids’ play area, a family movie room, or an extra bedroom for children. Located centrally upstairs, it features comfortable sofas that can double as extra beds and a 42-inch TV with satellite channels and DVD player.

The 12 x 10-meter swimming pool includes a shallow section separating the living and dining pavilions, flanked by a timber sundeck and an open-sided balé relaxation pavilion with cushioned flooring. The fragrant garden features frangipani trees, travelers’ palms, and coconut palms, while the flat, lush lawn invites outdoor games and special gatherings.

Downstairs, two master bedrooms are fronted by terraces and gardens. Both feature king-size beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and satellite-channel TV/DVD players.
