Terms and Conditions for Holiday Villa Rental

1. Booking and Payment

• A reservation must be made through our website or by contacting us directly.
• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be made at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• If the booking is made less than 60 days before the arrival date, the full rental amount must be paid at the time of booking.
• Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer or PayPal. -A security deposit of $500 is required and will be held until the end of the rental period. The security deposit will be returned within 7 working days after the end of the rental period, subject to inspection of the property.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the arrival date will result in a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made between 59 and 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 50% refund of the total rental amount.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the total rental amount.

3. Property Availability

• The property is available for check-in from 3 pm on the arrival date and must be checked out by 11 am on the departure date.
• The property is rented as a whole and is not sub-divided.
• The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is specified in the rental agreement and must not be exceeded.

4. Property Use

• The property is rented for holiday accommodation only and must not be used for any commercial purposes.
• Guests must respect the privacy and peaceful enjoyment of the property by their neighbors and must not cause any disturbance.
• Guests must keep the property and its contents in good condition and must report any damage or breakages to the rental agency immediately.
• The use of any illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property.
• Guests are responsible for any costs incurred due to damage to the property or its contents during their stay.

5. Liability

• The rental agency will not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to the guests or their personal property while they are on the property.
• The rental agency will not be liable for any temporary interruption of utility services such as electricity, water or internet.
• The rental agency will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters or political unrest.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• The rental agency reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
