Every bedroom is decorated to reflect the unique culture and heritage of a specific region of Indonesia such as Bali, Sumba and Sumbawa. Elegant en-suite bathrooms complete the set-up allowing each guest to bathe in opulence and privacy.

The master bedroom, named Surga Room, is incredibly spacious and is equipped with a 4 poster king-size bed draped in snowy white netting. This bedroom features dark, rich hardwood floors that stretch to the wood-framed sliding glass doors looking out onto pristine, flowing rice fields as far as the eye can see. There is a wooden terrace furnished with U-shaped, cushioned loungers so you can relax and soak up the true beauty of Bali from its fantastic view. This room also includes its own private plunge pool for those romantic and discreet early morning or late night dips.

The en-suite bathroom is an exquisite piece of craftsmanship being clad in gorgeous black marble and featuring his and her dual washbasins, vanity mirrors, a huge sunken bathtub, and a luxurious rain shower.

The second bedroom, named Pelangi, is only slightly smaller than the master bedroom and includes smooth dark, hardwood floors under a soft king-size bed adorned with cool, crisp white sheets. The en-suite bathroom is luxurious with its own bathtub for a long, soothing soak, washbasins, vanity mirrors and a rain shower.

The Chandra and Mentari bedrooms are similar in size and also include large king-size beds atop hardwood flooring. These rooms are dotted with unique artwork from around the archipelago and come with their own en-suite bathrooms equipped with a washbasin, vanity mirror, bathtub and gently massaging rain shower.

The fifth bedroom, Surga Kecil, meaning “Little Heaven,” is equipped with two twin size beds strategically placed in the centre of a room coated with smooth vanilla coloured walls. Silky white drapes hang over both beds adding a touch of supreme elegance to the space. The en-suite bathroom includes a vanity mirror, rain shower, washbasin and toilet.

This completely air-conditioned space offers a range of workout options and even a massage chair should your muscles feel the slightest bit sore after your exercise.

The villa’s private study room offers a space of peace and quiet where one can retreat and curl up with a good book in complete comfort. Two red leather love-seats flank a large teakwood desk where, if necessary, one can work in an environment of absolute serenity accompanied by the calming view of expansive rice fields. This room is tastefully decorated with modern furnishings and abstract art blends with the colour scheme set by the bluish-black stone floor.

Villa Awan Biru Bali offers residents the choice of two distinct living and dining areas. One is set indoors where guests can dine and lounge in air-conditioned comfort and the other is outdoors within a traditional bale pavilion surrounded by flowing emerald rice fields.

The indoor living and dining room has huge wood-framed glass doors that open onto a terrace looking out onto the rice fields, is decorated with a mix of modern and traditional art and has cool grey stone flooring. Illuminated by soft recessed lighting, this is the perfect spot to relax to a good film played on the large LCD TV while you stretch out on the soft vanilla couches surrounding a dark coffee table.
A dining table made of dark teakwood sits to the side of the living area and can accommodate up to 6 guests for an unforgettable breakfast, lunch or dinner surrounded by good friends and family.

The outdoor living and dining pavilion is sheltered by a traditional alang-alang thatched roof and includes cool, white stone flooring. A glass-centred antique coffee table sits in the middle surrounded by soft, cushioned couches perfect for lounging and basking in the gentle tropical breezes. The extra-large dining table here accommodates up to 10 guests making this an excellent spot for larger groups to dine in true Balinese style.

Either dining option provides a unique ambiance for your meal, lovingly prepared and served by villa’s private chef. Highly-skilled in the creation of a variety of cuisines, our chef is capable of satisfying even the most discriminating of tastes. His background includes training in traditional Indonesian and Asian dishes as well as Western delicacies, so whatever your flavour he’s sure to please. If you have a special dietary request or need, simply inform him with enough time to accomplish any shopping that may be necessary and he’ll be happy to oblige.

After your meal, why not go for a dip in the villa’s centrepiece, the private free form pool. Measuring a full 131m2, you’ll have plenty of space to do laps or simply cool off with a refreshing wade, whichever is your preference. Villa Awan Biru’s pool includes a solar water heater that maintains a minimum water temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and is bordered on one side by a dark grey stone deck furnished with sun loungers where you can spend a day reclining and soaking up the sun while you sip delicious cocktails. On the other side of the pool overlooking the rice fields, is a small wooden deck, also furnished with sun loungers and shaded by an oversized umbrella.
